The Crafting Process
Each piece is sculpted in terracotta air-dry clay, shaped entirely by hand using photographic and video references to capture a lifelike resemblance. From this original, a silicone mould is created to preserve every detail.
The portrait is then cast in grit-free, high-quality plaster and carefully sanded by hand to achieve a smooth, refined surface. It is mounted in a square white frame, complemented with an engraved silver nameplate for a distinguished presentation.
Every work is accompanied by a museum-style card, printed on thick paper with double-sided adhesive for effortless placement beside the piece. A securely stapled, weight-resistant jute cord is fixed to the frame, ensuring safe and lasting display.
The result is a handcrafted artwork designed with precision, care, and durability in mind.
